Hair Extension Appointments require a deposit at the time of booking which a member of our team will notify you of. Deposits for appointments cancelled within 48 hours notice of the appointment are fully refundable. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice of the appointment unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable
